Description
Measure the brix (level of sugar) and acidity of fruits with one hand-held digital refractometer.
Useful as a Quality Assurance measure to indicate the sweet / sour balance of the fruit. The sugar / acid ratio also indicates the ripeness levels of fruits.
The PAL-BX/ACID measures acidity using electrical conductivity (EC). No reagents are needed, only distilled water.
