The PAL-ACID measures the total acidity in a sample and converts it into citric or tartaric acid concentrations. Consumables: quinone reagent, calibration solution and micropipettes are required.

How to measure:

  1. Pipette 0.1 ml of the sample and dispense it into the quinone reagent solution.
  2. Fill the sample stage with the solution and then press the start key.
  3. The acid content is displayed in grams per liter.
